Red plaques and tumors on the vulva

      An otherwise healthy 58 year old woman presented with a 4 year history of asymptomatic progressive red plaques and tumors on the vulva. In the past 2 years, erosions and ulcerations appeared on the surface of the tumors. Physical examination revealed invasive red plaques and several erosive tumors (Figure 1).
