We report the first case of a laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and paraaortic and
pelvic lymphadenectomy to treat a stage IA2 carcinoma of the cervix. To our knowledge,
a laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with laparoscopic paraaortic lymphadenectomy has
not been previously described.
