    Proportion of birthweights reclassified as SGA (less than the 10th centile) or LGA (greater than the 90th centile) because of adjustment of the term optimal weight (ΔTOW) in a standardised normal distribution with standard error 382.6 (Table 2). The example used in the text is marked (ΔTOW = 140 g).
