    Depression was assessed using PHQ-923 (scale 0 = none, 15 or greater = severe). Poor sleep quality

    Depression was assessed using PHQ-923 (scale 0 = none, 15 or greater = severe). Poor sleep quality was assessed using 9 items from GSDS24 (scale 0 = never, 7 = daily).
